Actor Sushant Singh Rajput has followed his own beat and has reached a remarkable place in the film industry. Sushant could have been an engineer, an investment banker, a trader but he chose to be an actor. He is talented and has proved his acting abilities with his performances. Sushant Singh Rajput is currently working on a biopic of MS Dhoni and the actor has really worked hard to get into the skin of the character.
Sushant has grown his hair and has closely worked on his looks for the film and he was asked that what is that one thing that inspires him about cricketer MS Dhoni, and the actor said, “One thing is how he can remain so detached from it all and at the same time know what he’s supposed to do. And then do it with energy and passion. I’ve also learnt that one should not dwell in the past or the future. The now is what matters. He likes winning; it doesn’t mean that he’s obsessed with it. Even if he has a match two days down the line, he’ll be at ease chatting with you. He lives in now. And more than being a good cricketer he’s a good human being. That’s a rare quality. He’s from a small town and then made it big. There I connect with him. Anyone else would have thought very highly of himself. But Dhoni hasn’t changed at all.”
Everyone goes through the highs and lows in their career and so Sushant was asked that if an actor and a cricketer goes through the same kind of ups and downs and Sushant said, “Yes because they are brave guys. You are subjected to constant public surveillance and feedback. But at the end of the day, you have to live the life you want to. I don’t watch gossip channels. I don’t read newspapers. I hardly meet 15 to 20 people in a day. So I don’t know what’s happening around. Living a life under heavy scrutiny is difficult.”
